About the work:

Weaving together intricate piano textures with field recordings I made during a research trip to Cambodia to collaborate with Smot Chant singers, Postcard is a work for solo piano and electronics. It was commissioned by Adam Tendler for his solo recital at the venerable Roulette in my hometown of Brooklyn.
